As interest continues around the continent’s premier HERVAC event, don’t sit too long – the remaining available space for exhibitors will be gone sooner than you think!

One of the South African Institute of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning’s (SAIRAC) premier events, the FRIGAIR expo is the largest dedicated HERVAC trade exhibition in Africa and dates back to 1980. New dates are set for 01 – 03 June 2022 at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.

Having been pushed back a year due to the ongoing pandemic, the industry has already green-lighted this event through firstly the positive response to the kick start week held in June this year that produced almost 21 000 page views. Secondly the continual enquires both for visitation and exhibiting is growing. A lot of progress in techniques and technology has occurred of late, driven primarily by solutions to aspects related to indoor air quality as well as efficiency and the fight against global warming.

It will have been four years since the last FRIGAIR and all role players are enthusiastically anticipating the opportunity to once again partake in a large-scale face to face experience as many, if not all, sectors struggle with the latest term of the world – being digital fatigue – although digital platforms do have their place, the HERVAC industry has always found the best outcomes through physical interactions.

An event of this nature is not only welcomed, it is in fact essential to the sector. Also, another major factor to consider is that much has changed in that four years in the local environment – many people have gone and much “new blood” has entered in the form of new engineers, contractors and technicians. So, if you think everyone already knows your brand, think again!

Many queries are being addressed as to if this event will in fact be taking place, and so we are giving a BIG thumbs up! The organisers and management team is confident right now. It has also been proven that this type of event can be run smoothly observing all required protocols and regulations.

With over 50% of the show already sold and a further 20% in provisional bookings in progress* and just over six months to go, this means over 70% of available space is already taken. For those companies who are interested in participating in this event, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the FRIGAIR 2022 team to book your spot before it’s too late! This show is set to be the best one yet and various stands are available to suit your company’s needs.

If you, as an interested exhibitor, would like to access any of the post-show reporting of prior events or if you would like to find out more about the new opportunities on offer, we are ready to engage with you. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity.

For the visitors, the SAIRAC collaborations will again see a top-quality programme of seminars and workshops delivered that will address key topical industry subjects from energy to natural refrigerants and all of the latest technology from the smallest to the largest components.

This long-awaited event will create the ideal platform for networking, knowledge sharing and idea generation no matter where people are in their careers, while being engaged through various activities and demonstrations on the exhibitor stands.
