The expansion of bargaining council system

Invitation to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry consultations for the expansion of bargaining council system.

The Electrical Contractors Association SA (ECA), together with the National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industry South Africa (NBCEI) and the South African Equity Workers Association (SAEWA) amongst others, is in the process of exploring the possible expansion of the bargaining council system.

Employers in the refrigeration and air conditioning industries are invited to attend the initial consultations, scheduled for today, 30 August 2023 at 16:00, and Tuesday 5 September 2023 at 10:00.

Please note that both sessions are open to refrigeration and air conditioning employers.
