K-CEP changes name to Clean Cooling Collaborative; International energy efficiency expert appointed director

ClimateWorks Foundation, a leading global platform for climate philanthropy, announced at the end of August this year that the Kigali Cooling Efficiency Programme (K-CEP) has changed its name to the Clean Cooling Collaborative. Maersk to accelerate fleet decarbonisation

A.P. Moller – Maersk will introduce the first in a ground-breaking series of 8 large ocean-going container vessels capable of being operated on carbon neutral methanol. The vessels will be built by Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) and have a nominal capacity of approx. 16 000 containers (Twenty Foot Equivalent – TEU).
