IIR’s take on a sustainable cold chain

 

During the World Cold Chain Summit for reducing food waste in December last year, the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR)’s director, Didier Coulomb presented his talk ‘Sustainable cold chain, energy efficiency and refrigerants management’ to the global role-players who gathered from over 30 countries for this conference (hosted by Carrier) in Singapore.
